Adding a New Article

Using NeetoKB, you can add new articles and manage existing articles in your knowledge base.

Here's how to add a new article:

1. Click on Add New Article button.

2. Add a suitable Title to your article.

3. Select an appropriate category from Category dropdown for your article.

4. Add the Content for your article.

5. Typing / will allow the user to select the text format inside the content area.

6. Once the article is ready, it will be in draft state until you publish it.

7. If you want to publish an article , click on Publish button.
