Restoring Previous Version of Article

Sometimes, you may need to revert to a previous version of an article in your knowledge base for various reasons, such as accidental changes, content errors, or undoing recent edits. This feature will help you restore your previous version of the article.

Here are the steps on how to restore a previous version of an article in the knowledge base:

  1. Open the editor for the article you want to revert to the previous version.

  2. Click on the ellipses in the top right corner of the editor.

  3. Click on View Version History.

  4. Look for timestamps on the versions, identify them, and click on the version you want to restore.

  5. Click on Revert to this Version.
