Attaching files to your knowledge base articles can provide additional resources or supporting documentation for your users. This allows you to access relevant files directly from the article.
Here's a step-by-step guide on how to attach files in a knowledge base article:
Navigate to the Article where you want to attach file.
Open the editor for the chosen article.
Click on Attachments icon in the formatting toolbar.
Select the file from your computer and click on open.
Your attached files will be displayed at the bottom of the page.
Click on the vertical ellipses to download / rename / delete your file.
