Enable Social Media sharing

NeetoKB enables you to share your knowledge base across various social media platforms.

Once activated, the default option for sharing articles includes LinkedIn and X (Twitter). If you wish to incorporate Facebook, you'll need to set it up by configuring the facebook_app_id.

Here are the steps to enable social media sharing for articles:

1. Go to Settings > Social Sharing.

2. Click on the toggle button and enable Share on social media.

3. Add the Facebook app ID to include the Share on Facebook (Optional).

4. Click on Save Changes.
