Publishing an Article

Publishing an article in your knowledge base makes it accessible to your users, allowing them to benefit from the information and guidance provided.

Here are the steps on how to publish an article:

1. Navigate to the article you want to publish.

2. Open the editor for the chosen article.

3. Click on the Publish button.

4. Add notes for your article (This is optional field, you can skip this if you do not want to add notes).

5. Click on Publish.
