Adding Hyperlinks

Hyperlinks are valuable for providing references, directing users to external resources, or linking related articles within your knowledge base. Including hyperlinks can enhance the usefulness and accessibility of your articles.

Here are the steps on how to add hyperlinks in a knowledge base article:

1. Navigate to the article where you want to add the Hyperlink.

2. Open the editor for the chosen article.

3. Select the text to which you want to add hyperlink

4. Click on Hyperlink icon in the formatting toolbar.

5. In the hyperlink insertion dialog box, enter the URL (web address) of your destination link.

6. Now the text will be converted into a hyperlink.
