NeetoKB allows you to create and manage categories in the knowledge base, and you can add multiple articles under those categories.
Categories are a way to organize articles in a knowledge base into logical groups. By creating categories, you can make it easier to find relevant articles and improve the knowledge base's overall usability.
Here are the steps to create a category in NeetoKB:
Go to Settings > Categories.
Click on the +.
Enter the category name and select the Parent category (optional).
Click on Save Changes.
