Reordering articles within categories

In a knowledge base, organizing articles within categories is essential for easy navigation and improved user experience. Reordering articles within categories allows you to present information in a logical and user-friendly manner.

Here's how you can reorder articles within categories:

  1. Go to Settings -> Manage Categories.

  2. Select the specific category in which you want to reorder the articles.

  3. Click on Reorder button on the Manage articles page.

  4. You should now see a list of articles within the category. Locate the article you want to move.

  5. Click and hold the article, then drag and drop the article to its new location in the list.

  6. Click on the Save Changes button.
