Adding Header or Footer

You can utilize the header and footer feature in NeetoKB to redirect readers to external webpages, facilitate login processes, launch chat widgets, or enable ticket form submissions directly from the article. Enable your required action by including a link or button in the header or footer section of the article.

Here are the steps on how to add a header or footer to your knowledge base article:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Click on Headers and Footers.

  3. Click Add new link in the header section or footer section as you per your use case.

4. Enter the details and click on Save Changes.
