Here's a step-by-step guide on how to add hyperlinks in a knowledge base article:
Navigate to the article where you want to add the Hyperlink.
Open the editor for the chosen Article.
Select the text on which you want to add hyperlink
Click on Hyperlink icon in the formatting toolbar.
In the hyperlink insertion dialog box, enter the URL (web address) of your destination link.

Now the text will be converted in hyperlink and now it will look in blue colour.
