Make Knowledge Base available to specific users

NeetoKB lets you tailor your Knowledge Base for a specific audience, ensuring it remains private while being accessible to the intended users.

To manage access to your Knowledge Base, navigate to Settings > General > Security. You will find the following options:

  1. Public, anyone can access
This is the default setting, which keeps your Knowledge Base publicly accessible to all.

  2. Secure with password
When enabled, this option requires users to enter a password for accessing the Knowledge Base, providing a layer of basic authentication.

  3. Secure by allowing emails with certain keywords
When you add a keyword like spinkart.com, only users with that domain in their email can log in, offering login with Google or One-Time Password (OTP).

  4. Private, logged in members only
This option restricts access to the NeetoKB admin panel. The public Knowledge Base will only be accessible if the user is logged into the admin panel.
