Enable Social Media sharing

NeetoKB enables you to share your knowledge base across various social media platforms.

Once activated, the default option for sharing articles includes LinkedIn and X (Twitter). If you also wish to incorporate Facebook, you'll need to set it up by configuring the facebook_app_id.

To enable social media sharing for articles:

1. Go to Settings > Social Sharing.

2. Click on the toggle button and enable Share on social media.

3. Add Facebook app ID to include the Share on Facebook option. (Optional)

4. Click on Save Changes.
