Deleting an Article

Sometimes, you may need to remove an article from your knowledge base due to outdated information, redundancy, or other reasons. This feature will help you to delete an article.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to delete an article in a knowledge base:

1. Open the editor for article you want to delete.

2. Look for the ellipses in top right corner of the editor and click it.

3. Click on Delete.

4. Click on Proceed.
