This feature will help you track failed searches.
Tracking failed searches in your knowledge base can provide valuable insights into content gaps, user needs, and areas for improvement. By proactively addressing those gaps, you can enhance the overall user experience by identifying search queries that do not yield results. Follow the steps below for better clarity.
Login to your knowledge base.
Look for Reports in the navigation pane and click on it.
Failed searches report will be displayed below the Knowledge Base Views graph on the KB reports page.
Click on the Date Range dropdown and select any date range; it will display the number of failed searches with searched keywords for the selected date range.
