Track popular searches

This feature will assist you in tracking the most popular searches in your knowledge base. Tracking popular searches can provide valuable insights into the topics and keywords that users frequently look for. This information helps you identify trends, comprehend user needs, and optimize the content in your knowledge base accordingly. Follow the steps below for better clarity.

  1. Look for the Reports icon in the navigation panel and click on it.

  2. Popular search reports will be shown on the right side of the KB reports page.

  3. It will show the most searched keywords along with their search frequency.

  4. Click on the Date Range dropdown and select any date range; it will display the most popular searched keywords along with the number of times they were searched.
