Adding a Video

Videos can be a powerful way to convey information, demonstrate processes, or provide visual examples in your knowledge base articles. Including videos can enhance your experience and make complex concepts easier to understand.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to add videos in a knowledge base article:

Video can be added in two ways:

1. Video Upload.

2. Video Embed.

Through Video upload:

1. Navigate to the article where you want to add the video.

2. Open the editor for the chosen article.

3. Click on Video Upload icon in the formatting toolbar.

4. Click on Drop on your file here or Browse.

5. Select the video from your computer and click on open.

Through Video embed:

1. Navigate to the article where you want to add the video.

2. Open the editor for the chosen article.

3. Click on Video Embed icon in the formatting toolbar.

4. Paste URL of your video link and click on Embed.
