Creating Category

NeetoKB allows you to create and manage categories in the knowledge base, and you can add multiple articles under those categories.

Categories are a way to organize articles in a knowledge base into logical groups. By creating categories, you can make it easier to find relevant articles and improve the knowledge base's overall usability.

Here's a guide on how to create a category in your knowledge base:

Through the settings page:

  1. Go to Settings > Categories.

  2. Click on the Add New Category

  3. Add your category name.

  4. Click on Save Changes.
