Bulk operations on articles

Performing bulk operations on articles in your knowledge base can save time and streamline your content management process. Bulk operations allow you to update the status of multiple articles simultaneously, such as by publishing or drafting them.

There are three actions that can be done in bulk:

  1. Delete.

  2. Change category.

  3. Change status.

Here's a guide on how to perform bulk operations on articles in your knowledge base:

Delete:

  1. Click on the Articles tab from the left side panel on the NeetoKB homepage.

  2. Select the checkboxes of articles on which you want to perform bulk operations.

  3. Click on the Take Action drop-down menu.

  4. Click on Delete.

    Change category:

  5. Click on the Articles tab from the left side panel on the eetoKB homepage.

  6. Select the checkboxes of articles on which you want to perform bulk operations.

  7. Click on the Take Action dropdown menu.

  8. Click on Change Category.

  9. Select the category to which you want to move the articles.

  10. Click on Continue.

Change state:

  1. Click on the Articles tab from the left side panel on the NeetoKB homepage.

  2. Select the checkboxes of articles on which you want to perform bulk operations.

  3. Click on the Take Action drop-down menu.

  4. Click on Change Status.

  5. Select Draft/Publish.

  6. Click on Continue.
