There may be occasions when you need to temporarily remove or unpublish an article from your knowledge base. This could be due to outdated information, content revisions, or any other reason that requires the article to be hidden from public view.
Here are the steps on how to unpublish an article in a knowledge base:
Open the editor for the article you want to unpublish.
Click on the ellipses in the top right corner of the editor.
Click on ↓ Unpublish.
